Dinacharya, or Ayurvedic daily rituals, play a key role in our health & wellness. When we establish a healthy morning routine, it sets the tone for the day, provides nourishment & establishes a connection between our bodies & minds. In this workshop we will explore traditional daily rituals from Yoga and Ayurveda, the traditional medical system of India. Morning rituals we will cover include: tongue scraping, oil pulling, neti & nasya, skincare, elimination, eye washing, karna purana, asana, pranayama & meditation.

Join Seth Powell, PhD Candidate at Harvard University, for an exciting in person 2 class intensive that will provide you with an in-depth introduction to yoga’s multifaceted history and philosophy.
In this 3-part workshop students will be exposed to this rich legacy of Sanskrit’s literary past, and guided through a unique experience of studying the Sanskrit language today. We begin with a brief introduction to the history of Sanskrit—learning about its grammatical nature, scripts, literature, and Sanskrit’s unique role as the purveyor of yogic wisdom through its precise syllabary.
